nudge. Teams brings daily real-world challenges to your organization. Not a Slack channel. Not a survey. Something your team actually does.
Get in touch →Team owners schedule challenges in advance, any day, any cadence, through a simple admin interface. Each challenge can require photo proof for verification.
Push notifications go out when a new team challenge is posted. Members complete it alongside their personal daily challenge. No switching between apps.
Toggle on "require proof" for any challenge. Members take a photo in the moment (camera only, no uploads from the camera roll) before marking complete.
Team challenge completions show up in the activity feed for team members. Team owners see a full dashboard: who completed each challenge, when, and with what story.
Team membership never grants viewing privileges beyond team challenges. Team owners cannot see members' personal daily posts, streaks, or activity unless they're mutual friends. Your team knowing you completed a challenge is very different from your team knowing everything you do on the app. We built it that way on purpose.
Team owners can add custom branding (a card color and circular logo) that shows up on every member's Today screen when a team challenge is active.
It's a small touch, but it makes the challenge feel like it belongs to your group, not just another notification.
Remote teams that want a shared experience that isn't another meeting. Something to talk about on Monday that actually happened in the real world.
e.g. "Find something beautiful within walking distance of where you work today and photograph it."
New hire cohorts doing the same challenge in the same week. A low-stakes way to build connection before the first all-hands.
e.g. "Introduce yourself to someone at the company you haven't met yet. Learn one thing about them."
Challenge cohorts for leadership development. Real-world discomfort is a better teacher than a workshop. The stories are better too.
e.g. "Ask someone you manage what one thing you could do differently. Actually listen."
Not corporate. Just people who want accountability and an excuse to do something this week. Private teams work for any group.
e.g. "Go somewhere in your city you've never been. Send a photo to the group."
Team challenges that extend off the field. Social, community-building, character-building, however you want to frame it.
e.g. "Do something kind for a stranger today. No context, no explanation."
Student cohorts, orientation programs, advisory groups. nudge. requires users to be 18+, making it appropriate for college-level programs.
e.g. "Eat lunch somewhere on campus you've never been. Sit next to someone you don't know."
